Frequently asked questions

School holidays, share links, and why we're not trying to replace your calendar app.

Questions and answers

Do carers need to download an app?

No. Grandma opens a link in Safari or Chrome and sees only her hours. No password, no app store, no account. She can confirm with one tap.

Is this a co-parenting or custody app?

No. We're built for intact UK families — mum, dad, grandparents, babysitters, holiday clubs — not court-ordered custody schedules. Different problem, different tone.

How is this different from Cozi or a family calendar?

Calendars show events in a grid. We show who is responsible for which child, flag unassigned hours, and let you share scoped slices. Grandma doesn't need your whole month.

What is a holiday window?

One focused planning period — summer, Easter, or half-term — instead of twelve months of clutter. You plan the six-week break as one view.

Do carers ever pay?

Never. Only the household that plans might pay later — today that's £0. Share links and confirm taps are never paywalled.

What data do you collect?

Children's first names, schedule blocks (times, locations, assigned carers), and caregiver contact details you choose to add. We do not sell data or show ads. See our privacy policy.

Does it work for multiple children?

Yes. Each child gets their own lane so you can see Jack and Maya's Tuesdays side by side — and spot where nobody is assigned.

When will paid plans launch?

When enough families use it without us chasing them. Right now, planning is on us. After that: a holiday pass per window or a family year — carers still free. See pricing.

(still stuck?)
